Terms of Payment and Enrolment

1. All places are confirmed with full payment only.
2. No refunds once payment has been made, unless due to injury/illness. In this case, applications for a refund must be made in writing to Dynamic Studios and accompanied by a medical certificate.
3. Workshops will only proceed if class quotas are reached, a refund is given if quotas are not met.
4. The undersigned, and in the event that the undersigned is under 18 years of age, the undersigned’s parent(s) or guardian(s), for and in consideration of the dancing facilities provided by Dynamic Studios, hereby acknowledge that Dynamic Studios, the dance instructors, choreographers and assistants, and all other agents, officers, independent contractors and employees of the said Dynamic Studios, either in their individual capacity, or by reason of their relation to Dynamic Studios, are not liable with respect to any injury, direct or indirect, however arising.
