Jive (Social level) – Jive is a lively and uninhibited variation of the Jitterbug, a form of Swing dance.
Cha cha cha (Social level) - The Cha Cha is believed to have derived from the Afro-Cuban dance, the ‘Mambo’. In the slow Mambo tempo, dancers began to dance a ‘triple step’ movement to a unique beat in the music, eventually leading to the development of a dance form in its own right.
